Custom and personalized orders

All orders including Custom and personalized must be paid in full before I start the sign.

Sizing details

I receive many questions about creating signs in a different size than shown. All pricing will be quoted prior to purchase. The pricing is always based on the size and weight of the sign.

Care instructions

Signs are all lightly spray sealed for indoor use only. I recommend lightly dusting with a dry micro fiber cloth. As always, when dealing with wood, use extra care when handling the edges. I take extra care to sand the edges so as not to splinter at all, but time and dryness/dampness of the air can affect wood.

Gift wrapping and packaging

While I don't offer traditional wrapping for wedding, birthday, christmas etc, every piece I make will arrive nicely wrapped with plain paper and a colorful twine and card.

Must I pay for the sign before you make it?

Yes, I am a "made-to-order" business. All orders must be paid in advance before I begin production.
